Ever since my Chronic Illness Diagnosis at the age of 18, I knew I cannot and didn't want to give up. I took responsibility of my wellbeing, and discovered many practises and healing modalities to support not just my body, but also my mind and spirit.
My healing journey started in 2013, and in 2020 is when I certified as a mindful therapeutic yoga teacher to be able to share all I learned plus more with you.
Now I specialise in supporting high achieving women to take off their 'I am strong, and fine' masks to live life on their terms, closer to who they truly are. I guide you in this with a combination of neuroscience, spirituality, yoga and community practises. A holistic approach to making self care a lifestyle!
This will be our 6th retreat, alongside retreats you can find me teaching regular classes in Munich, and online session within the Wellbeing Membership.
Your Holistic Yoga & Awareness Guide
I have been working in the health and wellbeing industry for more than 5 years. During the past couple of years I have been specializing in therapeutic practices like yoga and somatic yin yoga with a holistic approach.
I have completed 500 hrs + of fitness instructor, mindful movement and medical yoga teacher trainings.
I have been suffering from severe burnout and depression and these tools I have studied have helped me overcome those and live a healthy and balanced life.
My purpose is to guide people into more awareness of their body, mind and soul to live a harmonious life of contentment, health and gratitude.

Our journey together began when we met at our Yoga Teacher Training, online, in 2020! Ever since then we just sort of started talking, and got along so well from the first time!
Soul sisters, able to talk about everything. Cry, laugh, vent... We spent two weeks 24/7 together in Bali, and we knew that we can create something magical together already then.
Now it is here. By having us both you have the ultimate experience of both of our personal journeys, professional and our characters.

Arrive and step inside you shared luxurious tent that's made to feel cosy with Portuguese handmade rugs and blankets, adorned in vibrant colors representing the chakras, creating an atmosphere of comfort and harmony. Feeling the coolness, protected from insects, all perfectly big enough to stand in. Positioned in optimal locations for shade, with hammocks and lounge chairs just outside to enjoy the rustle of the pines as the sea and mountain breezes pass through them.

This retreat will fully take care of you, so you can drop all your responsibilities and simply be. As each day we travel through a journey of the elements supporting us to look within, grow awareness and create lasting changes in ourselves. To return to life with more clarity, calm and joy!
This retreat is designed for high achieving women, that are always there for everyone else, and struggle finding time for themselves. With the right balance of being and doing, you will feel serene throughout the whole retreat.
Your price includes the whole 5 nights accommodation, private access to the whole centre to ourselves, all daily meals, daily sessions from Paulina and Christina and potential guest experts plus more surprises! The only thing not included are the flights and transport, but event that we coordinate together via WhatsApp.
Absolutely! Everyone is welcome. Both Paulina and Christina are certified in mindful movement, and leading classes very intuitively, meaning each session will be exactly perfect for all!
You will receive a detailed packing list closer to the retreat date, but generally comfortable clothing for movement classes, swimming and sunbathing and an open heart is all you need! No need to dress up or bring anything specific. Everything else will be provided on site for you.
Of course! Feel free to invite a friend, partner or anyone else you would like to share this experience with. However please note that this is a Womens Only retreat.
Our wonderful Ayurvedic chefs on site are fabulous at accommodating to all those needs. You will fill in a form closer to the date with any allergy information that we need to know.
In accordance to our retreat locations policy: 20% of the total sum is non refundable from the moment you sign up. If you cancel 3 months before 60% non refundable. Cancel 2 months before and 100% is non refundable.
