As well as a dancer, and strong empath, I've journeyed from Poland to England and now call Germany home since 2017. In 2014, life nudged me when I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis. This pivotal moment urged me to shift from others' care to prioritising my own well-being. Through twists and turns, I embarked on a self-healing journey with yoga, energy work, affirmations, and more. 🌟

But my journey transcended yoga. Navigating my depths, embracing emotions, and expressing authentically led to crafting a nurturing haven for you. Across the globe, online and in-person, I share movement, meditation, breathwork, and more for holistic healing journeys.
